Neuroscience is emerging through the explosive growth of research in the neural sciences and increased interest in the mechanisms that support behavior in humans and in animal models.
Your neuroscience courses will be drawn primarily from biology and psychology courses. You’ll build upon those courses with foundational work in chemistry, physics, and computer science.
It’s important that the classes you take apply to your program of study. You can find more about neuroscience course requirements in the academic bulletin and use iGPS to create your academic plan.
If you have questions, get in touch with your academic advisor.
