Our faculty earned the following grants in 2019-20:
- Catherine Mosher: $384,000 for two years (NIH, R21)
- Kathy Johnson/Peggy Stockdale/Eva Pietri: $1 million for three years (NSF Advance)
- Jesse Stewart: $150,000 for two years (NIH, R21)

Student funding opportunities for research
The Center for Research and Learning helps connect undergraduate students with research opportunities and faculty mentors. The programs could be internally or externally funded.
Programs include:
- University Research Opportunities Program (UROP)
- Multidisciplinary undergraduate research institute (MURI)
- Diversity Scholars Intensive Research Experience (DSIRE)
- Life/Health Sciences Internship Program
