This award is given to an outstanding SPAN student who has completed a mathematics courses at the level of MATH-I 165 Analytic Geometry and Calculus I or above (e.g. MATH-I 166, MATH-I 261, or MATH-I 266). Recipients are chosen based on academic achievement, both in high school and at IU Indianapolis, and the winners are selected by the Faculty Awards Committee.
