The Psychology department is offering a $300 scholarship to undergraduate students who will be presenting (or co-presenting) their research at a professional conference.
Due dates: September 30, January 30, and April 30
Three travel scholarships will be awarded annually (July 1 through June 30), The scholarship will be used to support the costs of travel (per university guidelines). Students must be an author or co-author on the research that will be presented at the conference. A letter of recommendation from the student’s research mentor must be provided. Students may receive this scholarship only once.
Criteria:
- Current School of Science Undergraduate Psychology Major
- Author or co-author on a paper or poster that has been accepted to be presented at a research conference. (Verification of conference acceptance needed).
- Letter of recommendation from student’s faculty research mentor verifying student’s authorship and acceptance of the paper at a professional conference.
